Return policy

Returns and exchanges:

 At Intimate Hearts, your satisfaction is our priority. Our 30 day money back guarantee applies to new/unused products. We will not accept Intimate Hearts mattress protectors or lingerie as returns/exchanges due to the nature of the products, unless they are defective or you received an incorrect product.

Each Intimate Heart mattress protector is carefully examined to ensure it meets our high standards. Due to the nature of products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you believe that your product is defective and it has not been used, please email us within 5 days of receiving your product. ship back to us, we will examine the product and at our discretion we may either return your money or give you a different product. It is recommended you ship back the product with insurance and tracking number in case it gets lost in the mail.

Lost / merchandise

Every product is sent with a tracking number. If a product is lost in the mail or arrived damaged due to shipping we or the customer can initiate a claim with the postal carrier. We are not responsible if a product arrives damaged due to shipping. Please communicate to us by email if your product is lost in the mail or arrives defective and ship back to us. After the postal carrier processes the claim your money will be reimbursed.

returns and Allowances:
All claims for damaged or incorrect goods, or a discrepancy in quantities shipped must be reported within
five business days after receipt of goods. We will
not accept returns for any merchandise either worn,
damaged in-store and not in their original packaging
 Approved returns will be repaired or replaced as
appropriate. If necessary, we will issue a credit memo for an equivalent dollar amount of the returned
goods.
A return authorization (RA) number is required for
all returns to be accepted. The return authorization
number must be clearly written on the outside of the
 box, otherwise the goods will not be accepted.
