Returns and exchanges:

At Intimate Hearts, your satisfaction is our priority. Our 30 day money back guarantee applies to some new/unused products.

We will not accept  intimate products (sex toys, lingerie or Intimate Hearts mattress protectors as returns/exchanges due to the nature of the products).  Please contact us if you have any concerns; we will be glad to assist you. 

Lost / merchandise

Every product is sent with a tracking number. If a product is lost in the mail or arrived damaged due to shipping we may initiate a claim with the postal carrier. Please communicate to us by email if your product is lost in the mail or arrives defective. After the postal carrier processes the claim, your money may be reimbursed or we will ship another product for you.
