We all experience difficulties in the areas of work, relationships, dating, health, loneliness or self-esteem and sometimes all we need is someone to talk to who can listen, offer empathy and emotional support.  If you are experiencing difficulties in these areas and just need someone to talk to; book a zoom call  with me.  I will listen to you with empathy, offer guidance and emotional support.  Please note; this will not be therapy or counseling, but a relaxed conversation where you can express yourself in a judgement free zone.
